3. No Refunds: All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.

Risks

By participating in the token sale, you acknowledge the risks, which include but are not limited to:

• Market volatility: The value of tokens can fluctuate significantly.

• Technological risks: Security breaches, loss of private keys, or technical failures may occur.

• Regulatory changes: Laws governing cryptocurrencies may change, impacting your ability to trade or use tokens.
